Welcoming Betsy Conway, president of Truist Foundation

We are pleased to welcome Betsy Conway as president of Truist Foundation, effective Oct. 19, 2026.

Betsy brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate philanthropy, community engagement and workforce development. Throughout her career, she has worked with businesses, nonprofits and communities to expand economic opportunity through strategic partnerships.

As president, Betsy will evolve the Foundation’s work to align with Truist strategy and integrate philanthropy into how we support clients, teammates and communities. She will work closely with Truist teammates and community partners to build on the Foundation’s momentum.
